Returns of quality goods
In case you don’t like the product, you can return it within 14 calendar days of delivery. You can only return the product unused, undamaged and in good condition. The returned product must be complete (with the label intact and the protective film not removed) and in its original packaging. The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received by the buyer.
Once we receive the product, we will pass it on to you for quality assessment. If the item is unused, undamaged and substantially unchanged in appearance, your money will be refunded within 2 weeks at the latest.
Return of defective goods
If you have received a defective product, you have the right to return it. This does not include goods that are not objectively defective or that are the result of improper storage or use by the buyer. If the product is returned because of faulty quality, keys-automobiliams.lt must replace the faulty product with a product of suitable quality at its own expense or refund the money paid for the product. The money must be refunded no later than 2 weeks from the date of return.
The Seller has the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
