If you need to make a duplicate vehicle key, it can take several minutes or hours. The use of blanks and special equipment allows the craftsman to produce duplicate car keys if the key has been lost, stolen or broken. Generally, the procedure for making a copy involves three main procedures:

blade production;

programming the chip and synchronising it with the security system;

entering new data into the control panel.

Features of the working processes

For the production of the blade, the craftsman uses a workpiece which is machined on a high-precision CNC machine. As the device has a large number of key patterns in its memory for various Toyota models, this procedure is carried out without any imperfections and with the guarantee of the production of an exact copy of the key.

After the production of the mechanical part of the key, the master craftsman starts the correction of the electronic component. The synchronisation of the duplicate key with the control system requires several operations. The work with the new security system is carried out with the help of specialised equipment. After entering the required data, the technician checks the functionality of the programmed key. The professional production of a duplicate car key guarantees the exact reproduction of the lines, recesses and protrusions of the original key blade, as well as the correct functioning of the electronic system.
